Pray for Holy Trinity

For all those who consider themselves members of Holy Trinity Church, particularly at this time when public worship is suspended.
Pray for elderly and vulnerable church members
Pray for Gods protection over those who are most at risk from the corona virus. Ask that God will be with them as they are called into isolation and meet their every need at this time.
Pray for those who are fearful
For those who are feeling anxious and afraid, that God will be their peace and comfort. Pray that Gods truth will counter their fears.
Pray for those struggling with faith
Cry out to God for those who have difficulties maintaining their relationship with God whilst public worship is suspended.
Pray for those in leadership
Pray for those in leadership roles at Holy Trinity, that God will give them the creativity, skills and energy they need to lead ministry in new ways in order to reach people where they are.

Isaiah 41:10
10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

John 16:31-33
31 “Do you now believe?” Jesus replied. 32 “A time is coming and in fact has come when you will be scattered, each to your own home. You will leave me all alone. Yet I am not alone, for my Father is with me.
33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Psalm 139:7-12
7 Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence?
8 If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
9 If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea,
10 even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast.
11 If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,” 12 even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you.

Psalm 91
1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
3 Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence.
He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5 You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.
